At H for Handmade, we understand the significance of timely and safe product deliveries. To ensure this, we collaborate with renowned Indian and international courier services like UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, etc., providing a smooth delivery process for all orders.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Charges: H for Handmade provides FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). For international orders, additional shipping fees are charged based on the weight of the parcel, calculated during checkout. Note: We are offering free shipping on all UK orders placed through this website.

Tax and duties: Various countries impose different import duties, customs fees, and taxes on shipped items. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. It’s recommended to review your country’s tax policies before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations on international orders. If a customer refuses to pay such customs charges for an international order, we will not be responsible for any exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Timelines: Since all our items are handcrafted, it takes 10-15 working days from the order date to dispatch both domestic and international orders. During peak seasons, festivals, or due to unavoidable circumstances like political unrest or curfews, there may be an additional delay of 5-10 days. In such cases, our team will notify you via email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines: To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we advise that if you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, you take photos and videos of the package and refrain from accepting it. Please send the images and videos along with your order number to us, so we can resolve the issue promptly and initiate claims with the courier service.

Process: Once you place an order on our website, it enters our system for processing. After manufacturing is complete, the items undergo multiple quality checks. Your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After dispatch, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number, allowing you to track your order through the courier partner’s website.

PAYMENT POLICY

Worldwide shipping: We deliver to over 220 destinations worldwide. You can verify shipping availability in your area during checkout.

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, email us at support@hforhandmade.com or call our customer support at +91-9602326963, available Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Payment options: We offer multiple payment methods, including major debit and credit cards, net banking, popular eWallets, and UPI. For domestic orders, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option up to a total order value of ₹10,000. For international orders, we only accept prepaid payments via major credit cards like Mastercard, American Express, and Visa, along with payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

Credit note usage: If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email address. The credit note can be applied only once on our website and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
