CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Policy:
At H for Handmade, we ensure that our product listings are accurate and descriptive so customers can make informed decisions. Before dispatching, we conduct multi-layer quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the item(s) due to size issues, we are happy to assist with size-related exchanges. Currently, we do not accept returns.
Exchange Eligibility:
We offer exchanges only for domestic orders. Items requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
Exchange Terms & Criteria:
- Bags, home décor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless defective.
- We provide detailed product descriptions, including color, fit, and care instructions. Due to potential variations in screen displays, there may be slight color differences. We do not accept exchanges based on color differences, fabric material, or quality concerns.
- Exchanges will only be considered for orders placed on our official website, www.hforhandmade.com.
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Exchange Process: If your request meets the exchange criteria, follow these steps for a hassle-free exchange process:
- Raise an exchange query via email at support@hforhandmade.com or call +91-9602326963 within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- A fee of ₹300 per product will be charged to process the exchange request. Once paid, please share the payment screenshot with us via email.
- (Alternatively, if you wish to send the product directly, our team will provide the shipping address. After dispatching, please share the AWB number and courier details with us. H for Handmade is not liable for any loss during transit if the item is directly shipped by the customer.)
- After payment confirmation, we will arrange a reverse pickup using a trusted courier service.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, the new size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
- Exchanges for size will only be processed once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.
In cases where the requested size is unavailable, our support team will issue a credit note for the total item amount.
Credit note validity: 90 days.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your prepaid or COD orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can either issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of the same value.

H for Handmade reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to unavailability of raw materials, incorrect pricing or listing, or fraudulent practices. In the event of cancellation by H for Handmade, customers will receive a full refund for prepaid orders. Refunds will be issued to the registered bank account, and customers will be notified via email.
Credit note validity: 90 days.
Cancellation of prepaid orders may incur a 2-3% charge to cover payment gateway fees.
Refund Policy:
H for Handmade does not offer returns or refunds on products once delivered. However, we provide a size exchange option, as detailed above.
For defective or damaged products, refunds will be issued after deducting gateway charges of 3% for prepaid orders and 2% for COD orders.
